Entry Points
Midland High School accepts new students at two key entry levels in the secondary school programme.
For students completing Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE). Begin a 6-year journey from S1 through to S6.
For students who have completed UCE (S4) and wish to advance to A-Level (UACE). Join for a 2-year upper school programme.
What You Need
Please prepare the following documents and information for your application to Midland High School Buntaba.
Academic Results — PLE results slip (S1 entry) or UCE results slip (S5 entry)
Completed Application Form — Obtain form from the school office or download below
Birth Certificate — Original or certified copy
Passport Photos — 2 recent passport-size photographs
Admission Interview — Student and parent/guardian may be called for a brief interview
Admission Fee — UGX 100,000 payable upon acceptance (non-refundable)
Application Process
Follow these simple steps to apply for admission to Midland High School Buntaba.
Obtain Application Form
Collect the admission form from our school office on Gayaza–Kalagi Road, Kalagala, Mukono, or contact us to request one.
Complete & Submit Form
Fill in all required details accurately. Attach certified copies of academic results, birth certificate, and passport photos.
Attend the Interview
Selected applicants will be invited for an admission interview with the student and parent/guardian present.
Receive Admission Letter
Successful applicants will receive an official offer of admission. Pay the admission fee to confirm your place.
Report & Begin Term
Report on the designated opening day with all required fees paid, uniform, bedding (boarders), and school supplies.
